Archetypes are universal formations, entities, energies that reside in the subtle realms and can help us in our inner journey. They can use many channels to show up and dreams are one way, a most powerful way, if we know how to dream and use our dreams well. The YogNight School of Sadhana. The Upanishads have left us explorations on dreams and the Vedas have given us a deep understanding of archetypes. In the East and West, various schools of spirituality and psychology have developed different dreamwork techniques to analyse dreams. In this workshop, we shall dive into the world of archetypes in dreams and learn several dreamwork techniques.
Those who have attended Lopa’s workshop on ‘Archetypes and Sadhana’, conducted in September-October 2026, will be able to connect many dots. Others will not need this workshop as a prerequisite. So, all who want to enter the subtle world to add a new dimension to their sadhana will find this workshop most helpful.
