During this workshop, we shall explore how our past conditionings imprison us and how unresolved emotions affect our health, relationships and our lives at large. The workshop will be based on breathing and meditation techniques that invoke the Mother's Force to transform deep-rooted patterns in our subconscious mind so that we have a living experience of the gem from Sri Aurobindo's Savitri:
